Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original designer packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit and include your packing slip.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return mailer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
